In this Hotel, you definitely get what you pay for. We travel to Laughlin often and have decided to stay at every Hotel on the strip, stayed on the first floor, second floor guest were just walking but sounded like stomps. Our neighbors were pretty much staying in our room, we heard every conversation they had. Linens were torn, room was clean.

I asked for ground level. Nope 3 people with towels etc. For 2. Asked for towels again for 3 on the 3rd day we got more towels. 2 of each. Not cool.

Room where very dirty keys didn’t work for the rooms had to Jimmy the knob’s several times for the room to open staff was unprofessional I even witness the supervisor and another employee laughing and making fun of another employee in front of me and other guest the employee who was getting bullied seemed like he was actually new there and was very very helpful and on his toes so to see something like that was very upsetting to me

Rooms weren’t what they advertised on the site . They smell and the couches are dirty and old. To top it off we couldn’t even take a cooler or snack in the pool area when other resorts let you. I think their main concern was that we would leave a mess , the Place was a mess already. I got the room for 2 nights and I stayed one night. The only reason I stayed was because we arrived to laughing late midnight or else I would have. I waited until the next morning to go find a better place for me and my family …. They didn’t want to refund anything back. We had an amazing time at Edgewater. They were absolutely nice and let us take our coolers In and enjoy our snacks as well …

Love this place! This is the 2nd time I have stayed and it was just as good as the first! The room was clean and well appointed. Check-in was super easy and the front desk was very friendly! Really enjoyed the live music at River Ricks Bar. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a lower priced stay in Laughlin!

I was given the wrong room I ordered a king size bed I ended up getting to twins and then I got upgraded to one of the best suites ,but the problem was there was no hot water so I couldn't take a shower upon arrival or leaving. I asked management if I could get a refund for the room because of all the issues and I was refused. The excuse was we upgraded your room is it really an upgrade though if I can't use the facilities. The entire property was Smokey, even the dining facility I attempted to go in there, but there was no way I was going to eat with smoke everywhere. It's one thing to feel a rustic feel but everything just seemed outdated it was one of the worst properties I've ever stayed at as far as the casino resort.

Property is being remodeled and many rooms not available. Had to change rooms because electrical outlets didn't work on a newly refurbished room. New room was a end unit,had to run bath water about 10 minutes to get any hot water.
