「Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. 」

「Requested different accommodations this visit and our room was just perfect. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. We had two great nights at Split Rock. WE did not use the restaurant facilities since we like to go to two of our favorite restaurants which are: Terra-Cottage and for a casual dinner Shenanigans. Also, there is a great market at the Hub on the hotel grounds.」

「Check -in was fine, room was freezing, door from the room was open when I got inside lobby, no hot water, mouse turds in corner of storage room, which I cleaned myself. I called the resort with no answer, drove from my unit to the front desk, registered my complaint of no hot water, never heard from anyone or got hot water. 「Always a pleasure, the front desk employee is pleasant and helpful and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is really good and fresh and they stay on top of stocking it. Really good coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Looking forward to staying again next time」

「Me and my fiance came for our anniversary to see Jim Thorpe for the weekend. The Bella Victoria was close enough that we could walk if we wanted, but far enough that we weren't right in the middle of the chaotic hustle and bustle. 「The Dolon House is a beautiful property with an incredible location in downtown Jim Thorpe. The property owners Michael and Jeffri (and Pearl) made the stay feel like a home away from home. If there was a higher recommendation that I could give I would! 」

「Great place, convenient for skiing at Frost and Boulder. There are a few gas stations and fast food places around. Nice hotel breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when I found out I had mistakenly reserved the wrong room size. They accommodated my new request quickly and without fuss. WIll stop here again.」
