「Excellent view Excellent location Nice staff for check in 」

「We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed...

「Since my French is limited, I really appreciated that all of the front office staff spoke fluent English. They were very helpful in recommending restaurants things to do and when I checked out but had some time before I left the city they stored my bag very securely and I picked it up just before I left town. The room was pleasant a little on the small side, but I only stayed in one room so I can’t speak about the rest. The price was very reasonable and I would stay here again.」
