I booked an accessible room at this hotel. I took a chance, coming in from another part of the state, for work. I stayed in it all week, then booked it for the following. Everything was fine up to then. The guy at the front desk, was great.
The second Friday I was there, I got a call at work. It's really loud there, but I answered. I was told someone showed up and they needed my room. I was paid up til the next day, Saturday. The woman kept pressuring me. I told I was checking out the next day, but she kept insisting. I told her I would be back to my room from work, til around 6. This is where the worse thing I've had to endure, at a hotel, happened. They insisted on moving MY PERSONAL ITEMS, while I was not there. When I got to the hotel, my stuff was in a different room. I was absolutely beside myself. I told the desk guy I'd expect to be reimbursed for that night. He said the manager would be informed the next day. And in the least surprising part of all, NOTHING WAS DONE. NO APOLOGY. NO NOTHING. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
