「The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. 「I loved!!! The staff was friendly when I arrived. I was in a rush for an event and the front desk took care of all my check in arrangements. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. There is street parking but the garage is $65. That’s absurd. The property itself is very worth staying and within walking / cheap uber distance to a lot of dining options and activities. Will stay again. 」

「Very close to RR Airport about 20m drive thus you could hear airplane noise frequently during daytime. While it’s much less at night to barely hear them. The studio room is very spacious with modern deco and nice amenities (love the coffee).
