「What a gem of a property! The roads getting to it are a little steep and narrow but once we got to our unit and looked at the view, so worth it! There’s some things that aren’t perfect but you can tell the owners take pride in their property and the cleanliness of it was great! We wanted the king and queen unit and the king was firm but we love firm so we slept great. Sat outside in the morning and it was perfect for us Michiganders! Would stay again for sure! 」

「Overall my stay was fine, no major complaints. Minor issues: It was still spring, so it appears some of the dining facilities were closed or had limited hours. Obviously the property is rundown and in need of major renovations; I presume those are planned. A third negative is the lack of amenities--no coffee/tea/water in the lobby at all. Even modest hotels generally offer something.」

「Clean hotel, friendly staff. The night we stayed they had a water main break but they kept us updated throughout the process. They had to close their restaurants so that was disappointing because The Trophy Room was why we stayed there. Appreciated the 11amxheckput!」

「I like this place- great price, on the water, quiet, and helpful & responsive staff. It's older and used yet what you do get for a clean and comfortable room is a great deal. I prefer not staying in the regular rooms. My go-to is a cottage- near the water, view of the bay, and has a kitchen. And very well worth the price. 」

「Out of 3 hotels we stayed at during the week this was the only hotel that got the handicap accessible requests right! Room was nice enough, would have been nice to have 2 chairs in room.
