「I'm usually quite happy at a HIE hotel and this was no exception. The place was quiet, safe and spotless. The best part was that the rooms seem really well insulated for sound. It was very quiet, although I don't know how busy the hotel was. Breakfast was great as usual, no mob scene either, I guess it was not busy.」

「It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all. I had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get anything resolved. The light was broke in the LR and a safety hazard. The desk lamp did not work either. The...

「Staff was courteous and very communicative about my room. Checked to make sure everything was in place. The only thing I would comment on is that the water pressure was very high in the shower and very low in the kitchenette sink. The shower was like a tsunami lol that’s fixable though so other than that it was a very pleasant stay. 」
