Great views from both the front of the hotel and from the back. Amenities include a gym, saunas, hot tubs and outdoor pool. There is outdoor seating both on the nature reserve side (back) and on the lake (front), with bonfires and watercraft rentals. We were there a little early in the season (mid-April), so not everything was available or open.

The room was clean and comfortable. Really nice bathroom with a great waterfall shower. The beds were really comfortable. We both had great nights sleep. We were able to move around, sitting in the lobby area before a blazing fire, and playing cards in the morning room. It felt very homey. The staff was warm and welcoming. Very nice work out area too, with large windows allowing lots of natural light. Not a lot of equipment but certainly sufficient and in good condition. We took advantage of the onsite spa, enjoying a relaxing massage. The sauna and hot tub areas were inviting and clean. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hotel Lac-Brome!

The location is perfect for skiers, right in the middle of four mountains. The two bedroom suite was perfect for a family of four. Even in the winter, there are two outdoor hot tubs, a sauna and a eucalyptus steam room. Excellent for relaxing after a day skiing, snowshoeing or hiking. Knowleton is nearby for smaller shops and cafes, and other towns within a 25 minute drive with any other amenities. The continental breakfast was quite good. I could see this being a beautiful event venue for a wedding or other celebration, especially in the summer with the view over Lac Brome. On-site laundry facilities would be a great addition, as would a wider selection of utensils in the kitchenette for prepping meals, but otherwise felt at home.

Had to ask for dish cloths and tea towels. Also, kitchen was only a small fridge, microwave and dishes. There was no way to cook food, the listing was misleading. Boiling water for tea was annoying as water had to boiled in small cups in the microwave. Should have had a kettle, cooktop and a few pans to even be called a kitchenette. Staff were very helpful though.

Breakfast is very average, doesn’t have many options. Restaurant food is also not good. Recommend to eat outside. Jacuzzi headrest was not clean. Although, Stay was comfortable and staff was friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Considérant l’emplacement de la chambre, nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruits environnants, qui provenaient probablement d’une pièce de maintenance. Je reviendrais, mais en demandant une chambre différente. Aussi, avec la température le parking était très glissant, voir dangereux. Il n’y avait pas de sel ni de petite roche pour améliorer sa condition.

The setting is beautiful, with a view of Lac Brome. However, other things are not ideal, especially for the price paid. *Front desk staff were helpful, but not always with a smile or seeming very happy to help. *Continental breakfast is not what I would expect from BC Signature Collection - while I understand it's continental, sugary cereal, toasts only... I would expect more. The room for breakfast is beautiful, and quite large, but yet not many table are set and many tables are only for 2. Many families had to just steal chairs and make due at a small table, or move their own tables. There could be more seating available based on the space. *We were there during the winter holidays, the hotel seemed full. The girl working breakfast was alone and beyond able to keep up. So unfortunately, she was not able to be super friendly... but she couldn't keep up, and no one came to help her. *Front desk being closed after 10PM isn't ideal when you have questions. And no phones in the rooms seem weird. *HOt tubs we chose this hotel for that feature, wanted to enjoy the hot tubs where our kids were skiing. That afternoon ended up the hot tubs could not be used as a sewage truck was pupping the septic tank for 3-4 hours. The noise was unbearable from our room and the smell in the hotel, our room and by the hot tub was putrid. When we mentioned our concerned to the supervisor at the front desk, nothing was done except apology. *Shower in the room was unusable - no pressure or too hot

Room was clean, staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. 15 min from Bromont. Hottubs could use some work, no chlorine tablets in the floating dispenser and tons of foaming which is typically a red flag for hottubs. Breakfast was not something to look forward to in the morning, it was very minimal but the coffee was hot. Overall, good place to crash.
