「The staff was amazing! Super nice friendly and helpful. The construction noise made it hard to sleep in the mornings but they gave us complementary drinks to make up for it because it’s really not their fault. 「Our stay here for 2 weeks was truly wonderful. The staff are very friendly and are helpful at all times. The free breakfast was also very lovely. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Mexico. They also have bikes you can use and a scooter you can rent. 「The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. 「Das Hotel hat geräumige Zimmer und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Personal is sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse. Fahrräder und Motorroller können vom Hotel gemietet werden. Sehr gutes Hotel! Das Hotel ist 2.5 KM von Tulum Zentrum und 4.5 KM vom Strand entfernt.
