「Friendly staff. Property makes lovely use of natural lighting and natural breezes. Sweet rooftop pool. Lovely breakfast. Location couldn't be beat. Short walk to Malecon, tours, bus to SJC. 」

「The hotel has a great ocean view. Sunsets are beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel and the staff were great. Those are the Pros. The Cons: upon Check-In we were given a key and that was it. We had to ask how to use the elevator, as the design of it makes it hard to see the floor numbers. We didn’t find out until a couple of days later there are beach towel cards needed to get a towel. There was another part of the hotel with a pool and gym that we hadn’t explored.
