Paradise. If you’re considering booking this hotel, do it, you won’t be disappointed!
So much attention to detail throughout the entire property. I must have said ‘it’s just so pretty’ HUNDREDS of times. Lol.
Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The property is gated, so you have a keycard to get back in.
My husband can’t go to sleep without white noise, but you literally hear the river and birds (while being bug free and having great air conditioning) and this is the first time he’s been able to sleep without his phone going.
TVs have Netflix so you can just log into your account.
Shower is huge! Waterfall shower head with HOT water. Great toiletries as well.
Restaurant was top notch, we tried almost everything on the menu and every single thing was delicious! Staff was great, especially Ronaldo, Rolando, and Summer. We enjoyed every meal, sometimes while watching toucans jump around in the trees, and also a great view of the volcano. Included breakfast- SOO GOOD!! Fresh fruit and mixed bread come with your order.
It was raining when we finished dinner one night and we were asked if we wanted a ride back to our room in a golf cart. Lol, We declined but then they insisted we take umbrellas.
The staff is just so pleasant and goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy.
Pools/hot tubs are just gorgeous!!
Community spaces as well, there’s loungers, tables/chairs, hammocks, swings. All tucked away in different areas to always find a quiet spot.
