I didn’t appreciate someone attempting to enter my room after 10 pm, followed shortly by a phone call to my room asking who I was. They did not say they were the front desk, just demanded my name then told me I was in the wrong room even though I had checked in several hours prior and that was the room I was given. When she realized it was her mistake she just said ok and hung up.
The room was decent and good size, breakfast had a good selection, but the hotel overall needs to be updated. The bed was decent but the sheets were very scratchy feeling.
