Everything was clean and well maintained except for the shower, where the handle was broken and you had to fiddle with it for a few minutes to get a decent water temperature. They were aware of the problem from before my arrival and send me a number of messages saying a plumber would be there soon, but it wasn't fixed during my three days there. 「We loved our stay in Austin. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The free and secure parking was a great perk since we had a rental car. We didn't get to use some of the amenities like pool or BBQ's because the weather wasn't great but we will definitely look up this place for our next stay in Austin. 」

「Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! 」
