「A fabulous hotel in the small city of Ooty. Service was excellent. One example - the tennis final was on a channel that was not subscribed to on the hotel system, they subscribed! Facilities are modern, even having USB charging points built in, in the rooms. The hotel offered several daily activities including free tea tasting every afternoon and evenings around a garden fire, (we missed out on the fire as the weather was awful during our visit ). 」

「I generally do not write reviews! But this one forced me to... Went as a couple to stay at the property (La Montana) for 2 days. We checked out 5 days ago when writing this review. The wifi did not work until we left, the television never worked always giving error that payment due. When we went to eat breakfast we been asked to leave because it was very close to "closing" time . Very rude staffs. Bathroom stinks - no proper showerhead or hot water. Staff had to come 3 times to fix our...
