Check in was easy - we were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was equipped with a mini bar (we didn’t use this) but did have the complimentary waters. Excellent in terms of space. It was warm though even with air con but we didn’t mind this too much. Hotel is walkable distance to main square - 10 min to Old Town. Many tram stops outside it if preferred. Several supermarkets and bakeries nearby for breakfast. Room service was efficient - we got the tiramisu! Check out was speedy and late (12.00) which meant we could spend more time at hotel. Highly recommend for a few nights in Krakow.

The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. But the manager Sophya was not friendly and very dismissive. We did call for a couple things during our stay. They took a long time to come and once didn’t arrive at all. But otherwise it was a good stay and we would rate it 4/5.

Hotel was very modern and clean . Staff were amazing and accommodated to anything we asked such as late checkouts and early check ins . We had a pleasant stay and if we visit krakow again we would definitely return to this hotel

Great Hotel
Absolutely brilliant hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and well presented. The hotel is about a 25/30 minute walk to the square and not too far from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and happily go back if ever in Kraków!

Outstanding hotel, unbelievably clean, smelt amazing, staff were exceptional in helping us find a booking slot for Auschwitz visit. Location to the town centre is perfect with only a short 10 min walk if able and a 1 min walk to the tram line if not so able. Room was spacious and quiet and comfortable for two. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a short trip to this amazing gothic old city.

Luxurious breakfast
Fine hotel, even a little luxury. Best served breakfast ever. Surprisingly the bar was out of beer in the evening. And what was there was not local. Nice personnel, small mistake in the reception but everything went well after all.

Wonderful place to stay!
The service in the hotel was wonderful. We arrived a bit early, and were allowed to deposit our bags until we could check in. The quality and cleanliness of the room was nothing short if outstanding - they really should have praise for the design choices. The breakfast was also exceedingly good, it was very easy to have far too much simply due to everything being delicious. The personnel at breakfast were very accommodating and nice. When checking out it all went very smoothly as well. I would strongly encourage anyone staying in Kraków to book this hotel.

Area is a outside the Old City (and advantage) on the tramline (very close). Super safe, convenient. Staff great, hotel beautiful and breakfast amazing. Generally an excellent stay. And I've been coming to Krakow for 30 years.
