唯一缺點 浴室水太小 毛巾品質普通 吹風機過熱會自己斷電 差不多5~10分鐘才能再次使用 離海灘太遠 接駁車時間 不多 一天只有5班 大多都是自費搭車比較多

Pretty property built into the side of the cliff. Very quiet and removed from the main roads. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle but they run a regular schedule to the beach area. Amenities were nice but if we returned, we would book a poolside room. We felt like we were intruding on other guests to access the pool. Kids loved feeding the koi in the lobby and we appreciated the quality beach towels, beach bags and mats for guest use!

All the people we have come across in Thailand are friendly - however, the staff at The Scene Cliff were exceptional, the nicest people. the hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool and all facilities are great. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach, however shuttles down and back are free at set times which is super easy, but actually the walk is very manageable with lots of distraction on the way Would I recommend this hotel? Without hesitation. Would I stay again ? Without hesitation Lovely staff, super clean and good value for money

We chose this place because it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle business of the main Ao Nang strip and it was worth it! We still had easy walkable access to everything the town has to offer or we were able to get a taxi service to take us further out if we needed. Shuttle services are available as well. Breakfast every morning was great. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff goes above & beyond. Book here you will not be disappointed.

Hôtel très sympa proche des restaurants et boutiques tout en étant un peu en retrait ce qui laisse place au calme. Le personnel est très agréable et attentif. Seul point négatif serait le lit, il est vraiment très dur ! Pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels lors de mon voyage, c’était le pire des lits. J’avais l’impression de dormir sur une brique, donc si vous avez un dos sensible je ne vous le recommande pas (peut être que cela était juste moi qui était malchanceuse).

Im very disappointed in the "bait and switch" I received from this property. I booked a two room suite in October for 4 people. In December I modified my booking for only 3 people since our number had changed. Expedia sent me a new booking which was $300 more. I called Expedia twice before arriving at the hotel. They said it was out of their hands and the hotels discretion. When i arrived I spoke to the manager, showing the original price i was promised. She said since it was canceled and rebooked, i had to pay the highest price. I explained that i hadn't canceled just simply changed number of guests to a lower number. She wouldn't honor our original price. Ironically i heard another couple arguing about a similar situation. What a scam. Its a shame because it's a beautiful place.

Beautiful property! Very well maintained, nice spacious room, gorgeous pool and the view eating breakfast watching the monkeys jumping from the trees was wonderful! We loved all the options at breakfast. We had 2 dinners that were excellent and the cocktails were so good! The staff were all great. Shout out to Thomas! He was so good and always there to help with excellent service. Front desk ladies were also lovely. Really everyone we dealt with. Thank you we won’t forget our stay here!

◦ The Scene Cliff Villas overall is a nice hotel. There is a beautiful scenic mountain directly behind the property and long pools in front of the rooms. The breakfast is mediocre, but the staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this review has a low rating because of a bad experience with the front desk. Upon check-in after being transported from our flight, we were told the cost and paid. We were asked if we wanted to pay now or later for our departing transportation. We chose to pay then and also asked about excursions. We were told it was windy, so Phi Phi Beach may be unavailable. We asked that the nighttime receptionist call and ask about the excursions while we got situated in our room. About an hour later, we left for dinner and on our way out asked about the weather condition for the excursion. She had completely forgotten and just said “oh”. Fast forward to check out, we were given our bill and told we had not paid for departure transportation. We assured them that we had paid, and when the morning receptionist contacted the night receptionist, she lied and said we had not paid. Rather than argue or demand that the front desk camera footage be shown to us, we simply paid again. The nighttime receptionist either forgot to book our transportation or she just stole our money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast option in the hotel was average but its walking distance from the main shopping area so you can always walk out and get food/ massage/ shop. This review comes from a person who sadly walks around looking for what’s wrong, and I’m super picky. I also pay good money and expect better when I do. I’m hard to please. This property was “untouchable”. Hidden 2 blocks off the loud beaten path, built up and against to the mountains present, this hotel is a touch of Zen. Super clean, all staff speak English, you are hidden from from the trash, zoo atmosphere of Krabi. The pool is fantastic, only 24 rooms so you feel as if the whole hotel is just yours. The rooms were great, clean, plenty of space, great bed, better air conditioning, and the staff does everything for you. Now I had a backed up toilet which I found overflowing upon our return from sight seeing, and the toilet/bathroom reeked. I’m not okay with this although they had 6 people cleaning it and 15 minutes later all the as perfect and the smell was gone. Sadly they did nothing for my bill although I had no bathroom for 24 hours, and it flooded the next day. They offered me a free breakfast, to which I said “”keep it”. It was wrong of them how they handled it. But that shouldn’t take away from how perfect this place is as all the other hotel occupants were raving about the place as well. What happened in my room, was a “one off occurrence”! This hotel was a gem, and we came from The Boathouse in Phuket, which is 5 star. This place measured up in every way. All you hear when there are the birds, and silence. Trust me… I would stay no where RGS2024

Lovely villas, very well equipped and comfy. Pool area is beautiful and the staff are very nice. Breakfast was a major letdown. Don’t pay for it. Worst hotel breakfast we’ve ever been offered. We chose to not eat it despite paying for it. Very limited choices left out fur a long time. There are great breakfast options in Ao Nang.
