「Otelin konumu güzel. En uzak nokta olan kale bölgesine bile 20-25 dakikalık yürüme ile ulaşılabiliyor. Odalar tertemiz. Otel residans daire olduğu için bir evde olması gereken çoğu şey var. Ancak tabak kaşık vs gibi şeylerde koyulursa çok daha güzel olur. Personelin ilgisi çok iyi. Girişteki hanımefendiye de ayrıca çok çok teşekkürler.」

「Ci sono stati un po' di problemi di comunicazione e per trovare il posto giusto, perché è venuto fuori che la suite prenotata non era all'indirizzo indicato ma in un altra location, a qualche minuto di macchina di distanza. Una volta arrivati al posto giusto, è venuto fuori che la casa era stata preparata per 2 persone e non per 3, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato per 3 persone. Il problema è stato comunque risolto: ci hanno portato e preparato un nuovo letto con lenzuola e asciugamani. La...

「Beautiful hotel with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. They have a gorgeous rose garden to enjoy. 」

「The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. 」
