「We got a free upgrade and had a really big apartment with two bathrooms and three bedrooms as well as a really big kitchen. Everything looked clean. Sitting on our terrace we could see the ocean and the pool area and we had a stunning view. The only things we have to complain is that we did not have warm what we forgot to say at the reception since we stayed only for one night. 」

「If you are looking for a "motel" one night stay type thing this could be alright. The area isn't great, but security is good. I thought the actual room was pretty nice, although there were one or two stains lying around, I liked the bathroom. My highlight was definitely the friendliness of the staff, and the thing I disliked the most was the difficulty I had sleeping as a result of the noisy hotel guests. 」

「I really liked the staaf, they were very helpfull and friendly. The room was basic but nice and clean. The area around the hostel felt really poor and insafe at night, so we stayed in the hostel during that time of the day.」

「Only one night but was supee impressed with the views, cleanliness, staff friendliness and breakfast was yum. I wish i had taken the offer of a free shuttle to the restaurants as i could not get amy Ubers so stayed in. 」

「We only stayed for one night. Our room as great with a lovely view over the harbour. Was a bit disappointed that when being shown to the room, the staff member took time to show us the restaurant only for us to be told around an hour later that it was fully booked. The room was clean and comfortable with a great sized bathroom. Housekeeping had not left us any milk/creamer. I asked at reception for some and was told it would be sent from the restaurant. After waiting over 30 minutes, I went to...

「Very good reception service. We check in at 7:30 as that was too late to check in, the reception still opened for us. Room was very clean and tidy which has a nice view to enjoy Mossel Bay. The free breakfast was delicious.」
