"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. "Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website."

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"This is a lovely upscale property in the city centre of Kampala. It is within a short drive from the town's business centre and nicest international standard restaurants. "Loved 24hr room service from restaurant, excellant/prompt laundry service, clean room/conditions, friendly staff, shopping/stores inside the facility, large stand-up shower accommodates 2 people. Very firm mattress if that's what you like. Daily housecleaning service. Overall it was quiet but there were multiple prayer services on a balcony outside, 1 floor down sometimes w a loudspeaker & microphone during day & esrly evening. "

"The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently."
