「No frills accommodation. Very close to norbiton station and kingston hospital. Comfortable. Basic kitchenette which i did not use」

「I really liked this facility. The rooms were clean and spaceous. The reception was at the end of the bar which didnt work well as the staff were a little distracted. We got there in the end though. Restaurant was lovely though it closed early due to short staff. That was a blessing in diaguise as we went to a loval Italian which was amazing. 「Friendly staff, and the room is ok. The water in the shower is very weak and we can't control the temperature so we have to leave window opens to get some fresh air but it does get quite noisy」

「Excellent hotel, staff very helpful. Beautiful reception area. Regarding a couple of maintenance issues in room needing to be fixed, assured they would be by reception. Otherwise room beautifully presented and clean. We would certainly like a return visit. Location perfect with on site parking. . 」

「Great little pub/ hotel on Parsons Green with the friendliest staff. My dogs were just as welcome as me ! Nice food downstairs and very easy to access shops , restaurants form the location . 」

「Building is amazing room 212 has views over looking the park and river you either stand on the balcony and look out of you have a big bay window to look out off was fantastic especially as it was our 1st wedding anniversary we wanted somewhere special and this lived up to expectations the bar was quite but the the barman was attentive to getting our drinks and bringing them over 」
