「This would be our fourth or fifth stay here and once again we have been overall very happy. This is our number one pick and look forward to staying again on the next visit. A well appointed room, spacious and clean. A nice quiet property with easy access off the Hume Hwy and a very safe environment. Great parking. 「I have been here before and am used to the rundown condition. Mostly tradesmen but also many regular colourful characters. This time I got room 26 in the courtyard. It was noisy until 11 pm. Next time I will ask for a room facing the carpark - last time I had 12 or 12A which were much quieter . Sheets were clean as usual. Didn't use the TV. Fridge works fine 」

「All up good. Rooms look welcoming and have had a freshen up in recent times. Bed was newish but for me too soft. Bathroom clean and newish. Clean towels and clean sheets. 👍 All up good value room. Outside of building looked terrible and as if it's closed. Used to be maybe some sort of pub or something. But that obviously didn't affect stay but if I wouldn't have prebooked I don't think I would have gone in by the external appearance. And reception needs to be a little more welcoming. But...

「This property was perfect for our needs and we had the best sleep - the beds were so comfy! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were walking distance from the Gordon Hotel which had a great feed since the Steakhouse wasn’t open. The bathroom tiles and floor needed a clean but overall it didn’t take away from our stay. 」
