「What a wonderful find! We loved staying here and used the hotel as home base while exploring the east and north coasts. Sharon is a wonderful host and the food was also excellent, loved the breakfasts AND our dinners. The little bar is cozy and welcoming, we even enjoyed a wood fire. 」

「This is overall a very nice hotel, and the room was very comfortable. My gripe is with the wi-fi. It’s hopeless. Disconnects and reconnects constantly, and is incredibly slow. I don’t actually understand how they can make it this bad. You’d have to start with a dial-up modem, but at least that might have a stable connection. 」

「Splendid highland situation in a remote scenic area with good parking. Well appointed furniture and fittings and country views, although I could not see the lake from inside the hotel. Room warm on arrival but tv being upgraded so not available. Very good internet signal, Only a couple of guests as out of season so had personal service」
