But my biggest concern was the bathroom/shower. Water stays hot just for a short while. Great service, great place for restful sleep

"The hotel is without a doubt one of the best I’ve stayed in when it comes to service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had birthdays during our stay and the staff made sure to leave us with cake and birthday cards in our room on the right days. When I let them know about an issue with the room they went in with a maintenance person immediately to address the problem. The hotel is also very conveniently located and within walkable distance from major attractions. The only thing is I wish there was more variety in the breakfast options each day, as it was mostly the same everyday. Also, there was a leakage problem in the bathtub area that they attempted to fix but ultimately were unable to so we were just given extra towels to soak up the water, which was unfortunate. Otherwise this truly was a great stay and I don’t remember the last time I slept so well in recent months."

"Highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi. The friendly, warm and helpful staff could remember guest's name and needs, especially Lily (I bought a gift for her because very grateful to her). The hotel facilities are not large,but it is convenient for eating and shopping. and the breakfast is diversity and delicious. 強烈推薦河內的住宿。友善、熱情、樂於助人的工作人員，可以記住每位客人的名字和需求，尤其是莉莉（我給她買了份禮物，因為非常感謝她）。飯店設施雖然不大，但附近吃購物都很方便。附設的早餐選擇多樣且美味。 "
