"Tytti Muunnen provide an excellent service. But when i step in my room, the floor is wet and i felt down hardly. It is because the house keeper move the carpet into the kitchen. Until 2 weeks later, i still see a doctor. It really hurt. Manager hasn't reply me yet. I threw hotels.com gold team to ..."
