「Finding this lovely cottage was serendipitous for us because we were headed home on Super Bowl Sunday and the hotel prices in Louisiana were astronomical. 「The hotel was great. People were friendly. However, at check out there was over $100 of food charges to our room. We didn’t eat at the hotel at all and actually was only in the building at night to sleep. The lady at check out couldn’t take the charges off and promised we would hear from someone soon. As of 12 hours after checking out we have not heard from them at all. This makes me sad because the place was nice but I won’t stay there on our next trip back if this is t resolved quickly....
