「I’ve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily. Esther was lovely, always there looking after us and making sure that we were ok. Her breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruits and juice I would go back in a heartbeat 」

「The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. 「The Hotel was nice however breakfast was cold and when i told the staff they said come earlier, i was at breakfast at 6:30 and the first person. when i checked out i was asked "how was your stay" i said nice except the cold breakfast , the reply OK. i understand these things happen however very dissapointed with the reaction 」

「Gately is a quaint hotel that is always enjoyable. The staff are courteous, professional and attentive but not annoying. The facility itself is a bit nostalgic and unique, and along with that comes aging plumbing and electrical supply problems. You will enjoy Gately, particularly the staff, but expect a bit older amenities.」
