"Great hotel close to Roppongi Station. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast in the morning was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

It would be nice to see a few healthy western breakfast choices, e.g., whole wheat bread and a healthy option breakfast cereal."

"Hotel near Shimbashi Station. A bit confusing to find because it’s down a narrow street. Many restaurants along the road from the station. However people & animals spilled garbage along the road - it was very dirty for Japan standards. Average Room size and amenities."

"Enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu Fresa. It was the end of our trip so I was relieved that they let us check in early. It seems rare in Japan. I liked that there was a small sitting area in our room and actually could seat two people. Breakfast was okay. Not as much choice as other hotels but was good. Looking forward to try other Sotetsu Hotels. "
