「The room was nice and was in a nice hotel with a good view. However, the tv was very small (considering the price of the room and the description we were expecting a larger tv). The beds got uncomfortable the longer I laid on it. 」

「Nice place, we stayed for five days and had to ask for coffee each day. Clean towels were only given out once. The hot tub by the main pool heater did not work at all and was cold the entire time. 」

「I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...

「Staff was wonderful and tried very hard to be accommodating. Unfortunately had items in our room that didn’t work. Staff didn’t have adequate equipment or time to get things to work for us. However they did try very hard. They were also very apologetic that couldn’t financially reimburse us for anything. 」

「Good Breakfast with several options. Mostly quiet except the loud bangs at 2 am. Otherwise, my room was clean and comfortable. I liked the size of the shower. 」
