Booked as part of a short family holiday, visiting nearby attractions. The hotel is well located for visiting Warwick and the wider area.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, main building retains period features and communal areas are well kept. Bar and restaurant were good, with good service and reasonable food (though on the high price side).
Leisure centre was fair - a very nice to have facility, especially when visiting with children. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Few downsides. Rooms in the main building can be noisy. First floor rooms get a lot of noise from the bar downstairs, fire doors in corridors also bang continuously. Rooms would benefit from update - carpet worn, cosmetic damage to bathrooms and room. Room temperature controls didn’t work well.
