「I travel a lot for work and I absolutely loved The Plough Inn. It’s in a beautiful village which is just picturesque, imagine a Christmas card with a snowy scene. It’s a cosy pub with a real warm friendly feel. The room itself was gorgeous, beautiful bedding and a cottage feel with a stunning a bathroom. 「The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price.」

「基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。」

「Great location, convenient public car park out the back of the property. Inside space felt comfortable and fresh and the room was perfectly comfortable. Our only issue was a constant, loud hum (imagine a loud fridge) which persisted all night, though this didn't bother my husband, I barely slept. Other friends who stayed in other rooms had no issue so I think we were just very unlucky with our room (no. 12) which seemed to have a vent of some kind right outside the window.
