「Realize that it is not a Hilton but …. They overbook parking so even if paid for may not have a parking spot available; the corridors need better/more often cleaning - can understand the occasional leaves blowing in but not bottle tops and napkins; the coffee is very very weak 」

「Great location near restaurants, hiking, water activities and shopping. Very quiet and not crowded which really contributed to a relaxing vacation. The small size makes it more intimate but limits amenities. Uneven staff training - valets were great, concierge was worse than useless. Paid for a special chef's dinner ($$$$) which was fun - somelier and wine were excellent, but the food fell short of expectation. Go to Merriman's instead. 「这次是带着父母和孩子入住了五晚。前两天在一直在酒店里阳光海岸沙滩，虽然气温有点低，但是也能在加热的泳池里玩玩水。这里沙滩不大，仅供酒店客人使用，所以人不多，私密性很好。房间有配套完整的厨房（微波炉、烤箱、锅碗瓢盆）以及洗衣机和烘干机，很适合长住一段时间。最赞的还是它的位置，对面就是很大的safeway超市，可以买到各种生活用品，对我们一大家子人来说，简直太方便了。而且这里处于南北线的正中间，去哪里都不会太远」

「I have to report that Anya (behind the front desk) was wonderful! Our reservation at the Aston in Poipu was cancelled 10 days after we made it for no good reason and Anya & this location made everything happy again! Anya deserves a raise. ❤」

「Great location right on the ocean. Stayed in the older section above the restaurant which was fine however they have music every night from 7 to 8:30. which reverberated up through the room. The food and service at the restaurant, "The Bull Shed" was excellent. Grounds were maintained beautifully. 」
