「What was described was fully accurate. The place was clean, cozy and well-equipped. Before the stay, staff communicated with customer over email with reasonably fluent English. Useful reminders were given. After the stay, I requested late check-out and subject to the booking conditions, the arrangement was made. I was very happy staying at such local neighbourhood. Will come back definitely. Thanks to the housekeeper and the staff. 」
