「the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using the last roll of toilet paper. they did not replenish with extra roll after room service. really not happy with the hotel. the staff at reception was very nice though. and the hotel is situated in a...

「During this period , I am totally book three room with my friends. But below points areakr us very disappointed. 1) The bathroom lighting very dark. 2) The water not hot enough 3) The pillow not comfortable 4) The F&B service very very BAD . 「The Cititel has stopped doing at all room service. Given the hotel has absolutely nothing to offer otherwise ….. it is only the location is at the Mid Valley Mega which had given the only reason for choosing to stay there. 」
