"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. ..."

Infested with crawling insects
"The experience is that the toilet has centipede that crawl up my legs and also the beds that had some big ants and started to bite during the wee hours in the morning"

"The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site."
