"This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. "Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. "GREAT LOCATION! So close to the train station and Odawara castle, and just an hour bus ride away from Hakone. We got the cheapest room and the mattress quality reflected it. The ryokan we stayed in had thicker mattresses. But you get what you pay for so I can’t complain too much."
