「The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! 」

「This place is awesome and the gentleman that owns it is the kindest man you could imagine. It was like staying at my grandfather's house. Nothing fancy, but considering the alternatives in the area, the cleanliness and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Just a couple miles from tippy dam AND he has canoes and kayaks!! 10/10」

「Good location. It is within walking distance to the Crystal lake, about 10 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski, and also close to various local restaurants. The room is very clean and comfortable for the price. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast, no food refill and also one bag of bread is old with some mold. 」

「There were rarely any services but alternately it was very quiet and peaceful. The environment was great and cozy. One of the obvious insanity point was that the towels had dirty spots on them. 」

「Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. One downside is that since it's on a main road there was lots of traffic noise in the morning. 」
