「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

「The hotel is a true 5-star property with outstanding rooms and service. The restaurant is excellent though an expensive option if staying more than 1 night. The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. All in all, one not to miss, particularly if you can find a good deal on the room rate.」

「Ein gutes neues Hotel mit einer sehr ansprechenden Lobby und einem freundlichen Empfang. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und würden direkt nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Einziges Manko war das schlechte Kopfkissen. Ein Hauch von Nichts.... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....」
