「It was great! So affordable! Would stay again!」

「When I checked in the lobby was noisy and the music was loud making it hard to hear the check-in clerk. When I entered the room there was a very strong chemical odor. I also noticed there was no shower curtain or rod in the bathroom, the door to the room would not self close/lock, and the thermostat was not working. After attempting to correct the issues and 4-5 discussions with the staff, they assigned us to another room. That room was very nice. I also checked in at check-in time on Thursday...
