「After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The location was also perfect not too far from everything but peaceful enough to fully take in the local vibe. If you want to experience what living in Puerto Rico’s west side is really like, this spot is definitely a vibe....

「Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back.」

「Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"」

「The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

「Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very...
