「Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. 」

「This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. 「The room is clean, the location of the hotel is perfect. Staff is friendly. But the window the room cannot be opened, a little bit stuffy inside the room. Otherwise, it was perfect.」

「Couldn’t stream to the tv due to IT issue. Great large TV but only FTA available. Had to use my laptop for entertainment. Maybe they could have offered the pay for movies for free in the period of the streaming outage. 」
