「Convenience location, apartment is large with home feeling. Friendly receptionists. The reception is at 14th floor and a simple breakfast area at 21st floor.」

「The room is spacious and very clean, with beautiful and relaxing views. The host is friendly and communicates actively, making the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!」

「Overall very good experience in the hotel as staff was friendly and check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, walkable to centre of Georgetown and restaurants. Bed was comfortable but wish there was thin and thick pillows to choose from. Shower head was leaking and bathroom door cannot be closed initially during our stay. Housekeeping did not replace hand towels on 2nd day and 3rd day. 」

「The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean. The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl.」
