「The hotel is great. The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only slight downside was the location - it was near busy roads so not walkable to any where.」

「This is an excellent hotel. 2 criticisms i would have though is the breakfast items were not replenished quickly enough on the busy weekend days. Also, i stayed for 10 nights and Housekeeping only visited once!!」

「Stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Front desk was very polite and friendly. 」

「There were items that needed attention from maintenance. The smoke detector in our room had been duct taped. The bathroom door would stick and difficult to open. The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied and good. Not the hotel's fault, but the guy in the adjacent decided to smoke in his room at 5am then proceeded to tamper with the smoke detector that was unable to be shut...

「We really enjoyed our one night here while visiting our son for family weekend at Grand Valley State. We definitely plan to try and stay again for future visits. My kids really loved the pool and their only minor complaint was thinking it had a fair amount of chlorine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the Holland area, and look forward to coming back with our dog.」

「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」
