I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson. Just two hours after checking into our room, my husband and I were appalled to discover stains on the bed linens, including the pillowcases. Additionally, we found pubic hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower, as well as a noticeable ring around the toilet. These issues clearly suggest that the room had not been adequately cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Each guest is charged a cleaning service fee, so there’s no excuse for the room to be in the condition it was. Upon making the decision to gather our belongings and proceed to the reception desk for an early checkout, I voiced my concerns to the employee, Will. He displayed no concern whatsoever, offering neither an apology nor a resolution to the issue at hand. Instead, I was informed that I would need to reach out to the manager on Monday when he returns. Shortly after, I received an email indicating that my reservation had been canceled, and I might incur a late cancellation fee. It is important to note that we had already checked in and subsequently checked out. This situation is entirely unacceptable.
