I recently had the pleasure of staying at the GLK Premier Mansion Sea & Spa, and while there were some areas for improvement, the exceptional customer service made up for it.
The standout stars of my stay were Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch). They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and prompt responses to my requests made a huge difference.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning sea view. However, I did find the breakfast to be average and repetitive, with the same options available every day.
One area for improvement is the lack of elevators, which made it difficult for me to navigate the hotel with my luggage. Additionally, there was no trolley service available from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel entrance.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend the GLK Premier Mansion Sea & Spa for its excellent customer service. Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk truly made my stay special, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication.
To the management, please keep up the good work and invest in some additional amenities, such as elevators and trolley services. But most importantly, keep recognizing and rewarding your exceptional staff members like Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk!
