I arrived 8:30pm check me in at 11:00pm. I walked in; the small lobby of the hotel was full of bags and customers. The hotel manager was in a dispute with a customer and his wife. The manger was saying that he doesn’t have a room in this building, he pushing them to go to another hotel but the customer didn’t wanted. After 20 minutes argument he give them a room. Then the manager started the same thing with another customer and he sent the customer to another hotel and continues. Finally, my turn. He said, you booked a regular room and we have standard room. I said, whatever you have, give me a room because I’m very tired. He replied that I have to pay extra. I said, okay, then he said, I don't have room here I will send you to another hotel. Actually I didn’t want, but I had to. There was another employees I walked with to another hotel but the manager refuse, he took me to four different hotel everyone refuse, finally they took me to a room in house. There was construction was going in that house. The room was newly remodeled floor was covered with dust and paint, AC was not working, no Wi-Fi. I went back to the hotel manager and asked for a better room. He refused; I had no choice and stayed in that room. I checked out tomorrow but they didn’t refund for the rest of my days.
