「The resort is well maintained and has great amenities, but housekeeping in our hotel room during our stay was terrible. Despite specifically requesting full housekeeping, which we were led to understand was required to be requested, they never took wet towels and replaced them, never changed bed linens or even made the beds, and never took the trash. We had to ask for fresh towels at the desk every day, and finally left our trash bags in the hallway for them before they removed it.」

「We would stay there again! The beach was so close to the hotel and it was fun to see parrots! Didn't use the pools, but it was cool that there was two hot tubes! Lots of families. Bar staff was friendly and I enjoyed breakfast in my room . Ordered from the menu. Great location! 」

「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「We had a great time at this property! It felt like a resort. Lots of places to sit by the pool. Good pool food, great bar (pool side too!) Tim and Jason were phenomenal bartenders. So kind, happy and helpful. And the beach was perfect! We had a corner room with great views. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The only weird issue we had was that 」

「We were impressed by how large and well-maintained the room was. When they arrived, my child couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was. The bathroom was also roomy and clean. The donated marlin in the entrance hall is also an eye-catcher. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was high-carb—the only low-carb elements were coffee/tea, soggy sausage patties, and mushy, low-flavor eggs. But there was plenty of space to eat, and the eating area was clean - no sticky floors or table...

「Customer service was great, room was clean, pool was nice, fitness room was nice. My only complaint is for any hotels near a beach or that has a pool should not have rugs in the room they hold a funky stinch due to the rugs always getting wet. Water proof vinyl planks or roll out vinyl which is easy yo install and reasonablely priced. I would stay again.」

「Everything was fine except the housekeeping when it came to the cleaning of the room. We saw the housekeeping staff and asked to have the room cleaned. We came back from beach only to find same sandy sheets on bed and trash not taken out. Was very disappointed 」
