「The location is very good, very east to find, it is a very peaceful area, it also has the sea view from my room, parking can park next to the supermarket. However the room is very small, but it should be very small in the overall highland area, just depends how much you pay. Thanks!」

「We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful place and people. The staff were amazing; particularly John and John, who were thoughtful and took care of us the entire time. Rooms were kept very nicely and having the option to do laundry was an added bonus. Skye is a gorgeous place and staying at this hotel only made our experience better. Terrific restaurant, which we spent 2 dinners 3 breakfast’s at. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon」

「First time in Skye and my stay at House of Juniper helped make it a fantastic break. Nothing but positive things to say. Staff fantastic, the Sprig restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back 」

「The hotel is kind of remote from the Main street of Portree; on the other hand, it’s very quiet and peaceful so that the visitors can fully enjoy the beauty of nature in Isle Skye. The room we stay is pretty simple but it’s clean and tidy. Most important of all, we have the great view of lake. Cloe, the front desk staff, shows her hospitality to make our stay even better.」

「We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Rosedale. It’s a quirky old building with lots of stairs but the rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. 」
