「We put a lot of time and effort into going on this vacation that was much needed for my family and I. Everything about our experience was amazing! 「I really liked this hotel. The front desk is very helpful and speaks good English. Even though this is a small hotel, it does have a bracelet to put on your wrist. There is a welcome drink and coupon for breakfast. The room is spacious, even has a tub in the room, also a refrigerator and two bottles of water. And the room does have a window to the outside.」

「I loved my room , my view , and how close it was to the beach . I was quite disappointed on how they treated guests that were not part of their preferred program . At first it was a running joke amongst our family , but then it became ridiculous. Straws and napkins unavailable unless you were preferred. Insane . We get the pools and top shelf spirits , but napkins and straws . The food wasn’t the best and it was usually cold . The servers we had at the fiesta on Friday were wonderful as well...

「Our charming terrace room had a sweeping view of the turquoise ocean. Clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is adjacent to the ferry so it was very convenient to stay here after our Isla Mujeres trip. Malls and Mercado 28 were a short drive away. The huge bougainvillea and giant pothos plants were stunning. The breakfast by the beach and the little sweet girl there was heart warming. 🙏」
