「We loved our stay at this hotel it was very beautiful. We found it a bit tough getting back to our jungle lodge at night. The mountainous terrain was difficult to climb and when we called for shuttles they did not always come quickly. If I knew the terrain I would have tried to book a pricey golf cart for the week. By the time we caught on there were none available and we had to rely on the resort for transport. Not always a great option. 」

「One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!」

「The owner and the other man ( didn’t get his name) are super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was clean and spacious with hot water and comfortable bed with good aircon, the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped so you could cook easily, the communal kitchen was also well equipped and clean.also nice and quiet area Would definitely stay here again, 」
