「When I checked in my reservation was not found even though I had an email confirmation so I had to rebook my reservation at a higher rate. When I finally did get to my room I did not have a shower curtain and I called the front desk and they brought one up. The room itself was fine. It could have been slightly cleaner. The kitchen was not stocked with anything as far as amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Which I find kind of strange if they're going to have a kitchenette. The TV was fine....

「Amazing staff, especially Jim who went out of his way to be helpful with questions and requests. They were flexible with check in and out, provided a wide array of breakfast options (we like the fruit, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, bacon and kids liked the waffles) as well as the comfort of the room. In the room, there was some evidence of possible water damage on the wall above the cooler but nothing that impacted our stay. Overall very nice hotel and very economical. 」

「Other than a broken ice machine on our floor and broken water dispenser in the fitness room, we loved our stay. We had access to ice in other floors and water at the hotel next doors’ fitness center, so that was inconvenient, but the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly! 」
